Peace of mind for start-ups for a fixed fee
Doswell Law offers a fixed low-cost legal advice and support package to small business start-ups. This is available to start-ups with a projected annual turnover of less than £500,000 which have been trading for less than 18 months.
The start-up’s package is designed to ensure that your new business is fully compliant with the latest employment legislation and best practice and that your employees are clear about their employment rights and obligations.
The cost of the small business start-ups package is fixed at £450.00 plus VAT. It includes the following:
- A full audit of existing employment documentation to include reviewing any existing employment contract and any other employment policies and procedures.
- Preparing a new employment contract and staff handbook, if required. Staff handbook to include the following core policies and procedures: a disciplinary/capability procedure; a grievance procedure; a health & safety policy; a data protection policy; and an equal opportunities policy.
- A follow-up telephone call or a face-to-face meeting with Henry Doswell at Doswell Law’s offices in Ashford, Kent to run through all new employment documentation and resolve any queries or questions.
